Breathwork and Reiki in Dearden Woods

Service Description

I am really pleased to be able to offer breathwork sessions at Dearden Woods campsite. We will have an open fire to chat around before the session and then we will be outside under the open tent, weather dependant. On the cold days we will go into the roundhouse to keep warm. Please get in touch with me if you require a concession ticket for those on a lower income. The energy from the surrounding woods and the earth will add another level of healing during a breathwork session. I will give people a short Reiki healing during the session. We will finish off with an optional share and a cup of Full Power Cacao to open your hearts. Please bring a Yoga matt, blankets and a pillow and wear layers to keep warm.
