About the event
Come and feel a sense of community and immerse yourself in the beautiful magical surroundings of Dearden Woods. To start we will sit and connect, we will then have a session of Hatha Yoga with the lovely Claire and then onto a Conscious connected breathwork session with Vicky.
Both Claire and Vicky are Reiki healers and will be offering reiki healing during the Breathwork session. We will then wind down with a sharing circle and some delicious and heart opening ceremonial grade cacao made with Oat milk followed by pizza (please inform me of any dietary requirements or if pizza isn't suitable)
We cant wait to share this day with you, in this magical setting and combine these healing modalities
