Conscious Connected Breathwork in the Woods

Come and experience Conscious connected breathwork surrounded by the beautiful energy of Dearden woods. During the session I will give each person some reiki healing also. We will sit around a fire pit to start and then go into the roundhouse on cold days or be outdoors on warmer days. People will need to bring their own yoga matts and blankets and dress in layers to make sure you are warm enough.
