About the event
Come and experience Conscious connected breathwork surrounded by the beautiful energy of Dearden woods. We will sit around a fire pit to start and then go into the roundhouse on cold days or be outdoors under a canopy on warmer days. During the session I will give each person some reiki healing also.
People will need to bring their own yoga matts and blankets and dress in layers to make sure you are warm enough.
